The Chinese Government ' s National Outline For Mid And Long-Term Educational Reform Development 2010-20 and The Thirteenth Five-year Plan For Chinese Education Development have been clearly put forward that in order to build a modern economic system,accelerate the development of the entity economy,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,promote employment and entrepreneurship,and improve people's well-being,therefore,it requires a vigorous development of modern career education and education,and accelerated the cultivation of talents in urgent need of economic and social development.In order to earnestly implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC central committee and the state council,accelerate the construction of modern vocational education system,and cultivate more high-quality technical personnel,the professional skill training of secondary vocational school students is facing challenges,which directly affects the quality of secondary vocational education and the individual career development of secondary vocational students.How to get rid of this issue and effectively improve the skills of secondary vocational students is a primary task that secondary vocational schools must face up to and address.This article selects secondary vocational school students' skill training problem as the research subject,based on the domestic and international related researches and draw lessons from the results of their researches,meanwhile,using the methodologies of literature study,questionnaire and interview,individual case study etc.,Taking Yantai × × secondary vocational school as an example,on the basis of visiting teachers,students and graduates,the questionnaire for students,the outline of the interview for teachers and the outline of the interview for graduates were developed.Then,the students were tested and the teachers and graduates were interviewed.By the combing,induction and summarization of the questionnaires,the current situation of students' skills training in Yantai ×× secondary vocational schools was fully understood.The questionnaire and interview mainly involve six aspects,namely,students' basic personal information,reasons and purposes for students to enter vocationalschools,training content of specialized courses and skills,understanding of access to professional skills,forms of professional skills training and other factors affecting professional skills training.Through in-depth analysis and research,we find that Yantai xx secondary vocational skills training school mainly displays in: the problems existing in the students' professional skills learning lack of clear goals,school professional skills class training content problems,some deviation from the school way to cultivate skills classes,the school of professional skills training form flawed,and professional skill course teaching lack of "double type" teachers,the school training hardware facilities cannot meet the requirements,etc.To solve these problems,on the basis of further analysis and research,we conclude that secondary vocational school students skills in the cause of the problem are mainly:the students in vocational school learning goals are not clear,secondary vocational schools to their positioning is not accurate,the school on the path of skills conformism,school of skills in the form of a lack of enough attention,"double type" teachers cultivation measures does not reach the designated position,the school training inadequate hardware facilities.To find out the causes of the problems,we consulted relevant materials,interviewed teachers and graduates,combined with the situation of the student questionnaire,tailored to the situation,and put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for students' skills training in vocational schools:To strengthen the education of students with professional skills significance,accurate orientation skills training class related content,the method of training on the multiple measures and solving problems,attaches great importance to the innovation skills training form,comprehensively strengthen the cultivation of the "double type" teachers,take measures to vigorously improve skills training conditions,etc.,in specific discourse to clarify the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions on these problems.Theoretically and practically,we expect a beneficial breakthrough in education for the professional skills training of secondary vocational school students.
