Study On The Current Situation Analysis And Developing Strategies Of Guangdong Vocational Training

Guangdong economy is currently in the transformation period of adjustment andupgrading of the industrial structure. The demand for skilled workers is increasing day by day.However, Guangdong faces the serious shortage of skilled workers. Vocational training canprove the professional ability and quality of workers and is the critical path to break thebottleneck of restricting economic development of Guangdong. How to strengthen and improvethe effect of vocational training has become a priority of Government.It is a difficult task to improve the effect of vocational training in Guangdong because of itslow status,week foundation and Policy system dislocation. Qualitative and quantitativeempirical analysis and comparison analysis method is used to study the social function,thelegal regulations,the management system, the market prospective of Guangdong vocationaltraining. The current situation and existing problems of Guangdong vocational training is beinganalyzed and study on the domestic and foreign advanced experience of vocational training.Some useful countermeasures and advice is put forward：to rise vocational training asa"Guangdong strategic", to perfect vocational training policies and regulations,to innovatevocational training management system and training mode, toestablish vocational traininginformation prediction of the early warning mechanism, to romote vocational training areaharmonious and coordinated development between urban and rural areas,to improve vocationaltraining teachers team construction and teaching material, to improve vocational training projectdevelopment and public training.
