At present, the class is the basic organization form and the base of the culturalinheritance about our country education. The class also is the most frequent and directgroup of teenagers to contact. As a kind of subtle educational power, class culture isone of the most basic cultural environments to influence the students’ healthydevelopment. Attention class culture management, make the class culture conform tothe development of quality-oriented education. Research into class culturemanagement is not only beneficial to improve the teacher’s management quality, butalso be helpful for shaping students’ fine quality.As Shenyang mount tai elementary school a case, the study make the participatoryobservation, visiting and product collection to one of the classes by documentaryresearch, classroom observation and interviewing method. Through the case studyfrom four dimensions about conventional culture management, moral culturemanagement, intellectual culture management and sports culture management, theauthor finds that the class culture management of mount tai elementary school hasthree-level problems: the teacher in charge, students, education carriers. The problemfollowing: the first, the teacher in charge gets the misplacement subject, one-sidedcontent, and simple method; the second, students are lack of cohesion and theself-management ability; the third, the material invests heavily and manages lightly,the activities are formalized and the class system are imperfect. Base on theinvestigation and observation, this paper further analyzes the causes from three angleswhich are the quality of the charge teacher, educational goal and management mode.To strength the class culture management, it must optimize management concept, payattention to the self-improvement, increase students’ cohesion and individual selfmanagement ability and improve class material, activities, system of carrier.Eventually, we can improve the quality of the class culture management and promotethe comprehensive development of students.
