The latter half of the20th century experienced three waves ofreform, integrated science curriculum to become the world’s science curriculumreform one of the important trends in basic science courses. The success of thebasic education curriculum was influenced by the quality of higher education.Higher education as the basic education of the mother ship is based educationservices, it should go in front of the basic education, to lead, to promote the reformof the basic education curriculum, rather than passive adjustment and adaptation.Higher Normal Institutes Science Education is the need of the basic educationcurriculum reform, higher education services for basic education initiatives, ourinstitutions of higher learning in the context of the times of economic globalization,the internationalization of education to achieve education with internationalstandards strategic decision-making. However, for the cultivation of scienceteachers, our knowledge is in its infancy, there is no experience to draw morenon-standard reference. In science teacher education developed, not only thestandard of science teacher education standards and the professional developmentof science teachers, but also excellent standard of science teachers, three standardsconstitute a professional development to excellent science teachers from theUnited States entry standard system. From the trend of the international scienceeducation reform, and the face of the demands of the information age talent, ourplace compared with some developed countries in science education personneltraining, still a big gap, the need to study learning, improve a lot, especially,science teacher education standard has not yet been established, the quality ofscience teachers has yet to meet the requirements of the case, it is particularlyimportant to learn and absorb foreign advanced experience. This paper mainly of three parts, thefirst part of the study of the relationship between China’s science teacher educationand basic education reform, the reform of basic education is the driving forcebehind the development of science teacher education, science teacher education escort for the success or failure of the reform of basic education.
