In recent years, more and more undergraduates set up educationtraining organization in the summer vacation. This phenomenon is widespread incolleges and universities. Further research on this phenomenon can help us know theirsituation in multi-dimension. According to higher education’s research trend to themulti-view, this thesis analysis from sociology.This thesis takes three teams of college students as the focal points, through thequalitative research,use the deep interview to obtain the real material. Through theexperience of the tree teams, we can see their dynamic of setting up education training,excavate their real feeling and fresh event, and reveal the sociology behind this event.This article will study from the following several chapters:Chapter1: introduce the origin of the research, which puts forward the researchquestion, research meaning,the definition of core concepts that students in thecollege and education training and so on, organize and analyze the ready research athome and aboard, put forward the research process.Chapter2: the development of three education trainings. In order to clearunderstanding them, this thesis combed their development. It will introduce threeeducation trainings’ scale, management mode and recruit students’ object.Chapter3: the analysis of three education training institution name. Theycleverly named not only improves training organization’s reputation and credibility,and also brought training institutions must have the legitimacy of the position.Chapter4: the analysis of selecting the address. From the founders to theattention of the address, MingDuan first, address of the relative concentration, whichreveal they are in the process of economic capital, social capital and cultural capital ofthe reasonable use.Chapter5: the analysis of staff recruitment. Principals and teachers is themainstay of the education training institutions, the introduction to their recruitment process, can make us have more clear understanding to the class process.Chapter6: the analysis of recruiting students’ process. Through in-depthinterviews of the research object, the symbolization their admissions process. In theprocess, they adopt different admissions policy, within a reasonable use, accumulateall kinds of capital at the same time, there is room to wander and various rules of thegame.Chapter7: analysis about the role and the role of the interactive. Analyses thedifferent role and how they are communicate in setting up education training.Sometimes we can see that but sometimes we can not see clearly about the differentroles. Analysis the different roles can give us a more dynamic and visual felling.Finally, from the aspects of capital, legitimacy, marketization, educational, etc tocomprehensive analysis on the development trend of education training institutions.Cultural dimension of education could be a good development support organizationallegitimacy and the basis of market resources. But currently, education traininginstitutions educational becomes a method to achieve benefit, rather than a purpose. So,How to strengthen educational training institutions is the directions of the enterprisesare trying.
