: Since the1970s, the volunteer organizations in the global scope of therise and development,while in China the largest and most active, the impact of thelargest youth volunteer organization, becoming an active force of the development inthe modern society. As a youth volunteer organization of college students as the mainbody of volunteer organizations in recent years have begun to flourish, However, withsize of the organization and the number of the constant development expansion, theorganization management issues are also increasingly prominent, such as unevendevelopment, organizations themselves construction inadequate, lack of relative perfectscientific evaluation system, organizational incentive mechanisms are not perfect, etc.These problems in a certain extent restrict the universities in China youth volunteerorganization development and improve.Throughout the research results of domestic and foreign on the volunteerorganization researches, the present study focused on the evaluation of volunteerservices and volunteers, large events activity evaluation research, but also put forward alot of targeted construction opinion. However, both at home and abroad about thevolunteer organization development evaluation research also very less, especially forcollege volunteer organizations evaluation study can be said to be rare, these are fullyillustrate the volunteer organizations in universities evaluation of the importance ofthe study, which is a challenge and a new try for this study.This thesis is a case study, as Sichuan normal university youth volunteerorganization as the research object. Through the activities involved in the case, depthinterviews, participant observation research method, in-depth understanding of theorganization evaluation system present situation, To understand the part of the group in the organization for now have evaluation system of the real inner thoughts and feelings,from the volunteer members and part of the organizers for the point of view of to findthe school volunteer organization evaluation appeared in the process of the mainproblems, and attempts to use evaluation and analysis of incentive theory to constructthe research framework.This thesis mainly includes four chapters:Chapter1: A brief description of the specific content, introducing the origin of theresearch, in this context has been clear about the research problems and the researchsignificance, the volunteers, volunteer organization, evaluation, evaluation system andother related core concept is defined, on the basis of analysis of the state of the researchin home and aboard is to organize. Step has been clear about the youth volunteerorganization in colleges and universities evaluation system the research of this problem.Chapter2: Description the organization evaluation and incentive theory. Especiallyabout the concept, classification and evaluation system of component and theclassification of incentive theory have carried on the thorough understanding. Based onthe analysis of the relationship between the organization and management of assessmentand incentives, support to lay the foundation for the study of the theory.Chapter3: To youth volunteer organization development present situation ofevaluation as a case study. Through the school youth volunteer organization caseevaluation system and analysis of the description of the specific evaluation process,found that college youth volunteer organization of existing evaluation system exist thefollowing problems: such as evaluation of single subject and object, evaluation methodis not comprehensive, lack of a relatively perfect and reasonable evaluation system andthe problems such as insufficient incentive machine, the most serious problem is the"voluntary failure". The causes of these problems mainly: volunteer organization set upand run by party and government departments, security administration charged;Volunteerism is missing, insufficient resources service activities, volunteer servicesdeviate from the starting point of the "conscious, voluntary"; Management within theorganization is imperfect, evaluation system and incentive system to a certain extent,have defects, etc.;Chapter4: Evaluation system of college youth volunteer organization thought, onthe basis of case study, this paper argues that should build a relatively reasonableevaluation system: the evaluation of host-guest must be comprehensive, clear evaluationof purpose, the volunteer service evaluation must fully (historical evaluation, assessment, advance matter and afterwards evaluation, etc.), finally evaluation to andincentive effective combined.
