With the new curriculum advance ceaselessly, people gradually realize that the teaching quality is mainly decided by the classroom management. The classroom management ability for a teacher is a teacher uses a variety of methods to create a relaxed classroom environment so as to effectively realize the teaching purpose according to the students’learning needs. It is the teacher teaching a special ability. This paper will be primary school teachers as research object, try hard through primary school teachers classroom management behavior investigation and analysis of the teacher in the classroom, reveals many problems existing in the management, and then analyzes its origin is proposed on the basis of improving primary school teachers classroom management ability the strategy suggestions. The main idea is as follows:Chapter One:Introduction. It introduces the basis, the purposes, the significance of the management in Primary school classroom.And it introduces the president research results to teachers’ classroom management in the world. Chapter Two:primary school teachers classroom management capacity factors of construction. First of all, to rearrange classroom management connotation based on the teachers’ classroom management ability of. Second, discusses the teachers’ classroom management ability construction factors, on the basis of constructing the oneself to the primary school teachers classroom teaching management ability of understanding. Chapter Three it invests and analyses the present situation on the teachers’classroom management ability in the primary school. It makes the formal questionnaire to exam the primary school teachers’ classroom management ability on the theories and the result of the questionnaire. Through the questionnaire, the current primary school teachers in the classroom management ability from the view of overall level is in the middle level. In sex, male teachers is higher than that of female teachers in primary school; the title, a Title Teacher average highest, lowest level of primary school junior teachers; in teaching age, seniority in thel1-20years of superior teaching in0~10years in the education of teachers; no significant difference. Chapter Four:to improve primary school teachers’ classroom management ability the strategy research. Through the development characteristic of the classroom management ability for the primary school teachers, this study argues that: improve the ability of primary school teachers’ classroom management approach is the "theory" and "practice" combination method.
