Research On The Dilemma And Management Innovation Of Art Associations In Primary Schools

The development of Core Competencies and Values enriches art clubs both on its varieties and activities.Art course,as an important skill course,contains clubs that are more abundant and practical.Under the New Course Reform,the traditional art clubs are gradually explored by the course,which is becoming an indispensible part in primary school.Art clubs in primary school,organized by the teacher and freely chosen in terms of students' interest,is a skill-learning lesson in school.This kind of course covers many artistic fields,such as Chinese traditional painting,oil painting,printmaking,watercolor,gouache,ceramic art and so on.However,many primary schools,especially in the countryside,cannot carry out such clubs on the grounds that the limited funds and lack of teacher resources.Thus,under the New Course Reform conducted in ningbo “S” Primary School,the thesis here tries to analyze the survival dilemma of art clubs by the tactics such as questionnaire,classroom observation and talking way to promote some managerial innovations.The main dilemma on art club survival is lack of professional art teachers.Thus,the author advice to use a “F+P” training model towards teachers to help them get another skill.This can uplift the teaching ability and color the schoollife.On the basis,a new managerial innovation that parents are involved in the clubs,is promoted.The skillful parents will enrich the resources and build a bridge between them and their childrenThe survival dilemma of primary school art clubs will gradually step out of the dilemma with the improved abilities of teachers and the cooperation from parents.Students will learn more about traditional art culture and further love and protect this culture.Teachers will improve the teaching efficiency.School will save the cost of education.Meanwhile,the study will share the experience of club construction to other schools.
