Educational Philosophy Study Primary School

Educational philosophy is the guiding ideology and the fundamental purpose of school, what the principal has the educational philosophy is the base of school. Cultivating type of talents depends on what kind of education given to students.It is related with school principals’ educational philosophy. For school, educational philosophy is "School of the Soul","Management of the Soul." At the same time, emphasising on the development of educational philosophy is the internal need of the principals’ professional development, an internal need for the development of school organization, but also an urgent need for the development of the era. The educational philosophy is increasely becoming an important research topic for principals and academics who pay close attention to.This paper attempts to analyze the theories of educational philosophy, based on the30primary schools, Hexi district in Tianjin.With the help of questionnaires and interviews,to identify the underlying cause, then made the strategies to solve these problems.Primary school principals’ educational philosophy exist some problems.In view of these, from three aspects the paper attempts to put forward strategies to resolve these problems, specifically. First, the formation of the educational philosophy. Second, the formation of the educational philosophy is based on the history of school, through a comprehensive analysis of the strengths and weaknesses, and learn from the experience of other institutions in learning theories, then listen to the guide from experts so as to further practice the educational philosophy. Third, to ensure the implementation of the educational philosophy. Some specific measures in teachers,school development planning, school culture, school systems, curricula as well as internal and external resources we should keep watchful on.
