Universities have been reforming for many years, the purpose is to improve the effectiveness of moraleducation, but the result is not very well, it is not just the reason of universities. According to theperspective of accepted science, the problem of moral education recipient is a big impact on theeffectiveness of moral education. In the modern society, more traditional moral education model is notsuitable for contemporary college students receive psychological, moral education and the new model hasnot yet been fully established, the problem of college students ideological and moral construction isimminent.This article is based on psychological, moral temperament types and accepted theory to research thecontemporary college students. Each type has its two-sided nature of temperament, conducive to acceptmoral side or hindered its acceptance side. Moral educators need to grasp the characteristics of varioustemperament types students to take appropriate measures to eliminate the psychological resistancegenerated in the process of moral education, improve the effectiveness of moral education.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction of this paper, this paperdescribes the purpose, significance, methods and innovations. The second part, tells the important conceptscovered in this article have defined, then the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the fourtemperament types. The third part analyzes the reasons were accepted in the moral acceptance and smoothprocess of psychological resistance and the detailed description of the various temperament types studentsin the successful acceptance and psychological situation impedance performance, moral and psychologicalresistance to acceptance adverse effects, discusses the detail of the influence of it. The fourth part,according to the third part of the phenomenon of moral educators and moral education in colleges anduniversities to make reasonable proposals put forward should be based on moral educators universitytemperament types objective evaluation of students, guide students to understand their temperament,depending on the student’s temperament types develop appropriate moral strategies, and build a positiveimpact on the harmonious relationship between teachers of moral education.
