This paper attempts to investigate the phenomenon of the cold violence in school education at the beginning of study and life from students in5th grade. We list the education cold violence phenomenon, which in reality exists in the school, and the students’feelings and awareness in cold violence of education. On this basis analyses its dangers, find the reasons of the teachers in the implementation of cold violence, and provide some suggestions for school teachers on how to reduce education cold violence phenomenon. Around this theme, the paper will discuss the following aspects:In the first part, we’ll discuss the definition of the concept of education cold violence, its type, nature and characteristics. In the teaching process, in order to strengthen class management, punish students’ fault, the teachers will give disobedient and poor students apathy, isolation, alienation, laissez-faire, sarcasm, ridicule, labeling, hierarchical, abusive, threatening, scold, making students mental damaged by a lot of words and deeds. It makes students’mentality violated and hurt. It is relative to the teachers’corporal punishment or disguised corporal punishment in students. The type of education cold violence contains a mockery of negation type, isolated indifferent laissez-faire type, threats rebuke type,"polarize" type. Then, through analysis and induction of questionnaires and interviews, we explain fully the relationship of educational punishment and education cold violence, criticism of teachers and education cold violence, education cold treatment and education cold violence.The second part of the paper through the issuance of questionnaires and case interviews, investigates the real state of education cold violence, and the feelings and understanding of the students. Also, we analyze the survey results:①students’psychological tendencies in various educational cold violence;②the number of teachers’implement in all kinds of cold violence and students’degree of antipathy;③The students’attribution analysis after being subject to the cold violence;④The role of education cold violence;⑤The influence of education cold violence;⑥5th grade students’differences between the theory understanding and the actual acceptance of the education cold violence.The third part of the paper discusses the harm caused by the educational cold violence on students. It mainly damage the relationship between teachers and students as well as the interpersonal relationships between students. Also, it affects students’ achievement and brings students’ physical and psychological harm.On the basis of the above analysis, the fourth part of the paper focuses on the reasons of cold violence. We analyze from the following aspects:specifically, the main reasons of teachers implementing psychological punishment mainly include the serious utilitarian education, teachers’ psychological sub-health and a low sense of law.The fifth of the thesis suggests that some solutions and preventive measures should be taken by teachers, schools, parents and relevant educational agency.
