With the development and the progress of the society and the promulgation of the “compulsory education law” and other relevant laws,teacher’s violent behavior becomes less and less,but another punishment,education cold violence appears in people’s field of vision.The education cold violence is often invisible,intangible,no trace to be found,but it can reach students’ spiritual world,it harms and effects on the students a long-term and profound,it is difficult to heal.Students in middle school have rebellion consciousness,their psychology is in the conflict and contradiction.It makes them easy to produce psychological and behavioral bias,its a big challenge for teacher’s patience,if the teacher can’t properly deal with the problem of students,the use of reasonable education punishment,the education cold violence will appear.In this paper,I investigated 6 middle schools in Urumqi,the purpose is to show what is education cold violence in present situation in junior high school,and explore the reasons,and put forward some new ideas and countermeasures to reduce education cold violence.The survey content includes:the basic condition of the student experience education cold violence;the type of education cold violence whicn the students countered;the differences between different types of students;the timing of the education cold violence;students feeling after the education cold violence;the dangers of education cold violence.Through the investigation and the analysis,I found that the reason why education cold violence could happened has two aspects, teachers and schools.Based on this causes,I put forward the corresponding strategies:to establish the multivariate evaluation system for teachers;to sett up a reasonable supervision and management mechanism;to strengthen the legal education for teachers and the students;to establish equal relationship between teachers and students;to improve the skills of using punishment for teachers;to improve the ability of teacher’s emotion management.
