mathematical learning difficulty is prevalent in the ordinary high school phenomenon, and the situation did not improve for many years. The number of students to avoid the production and transformation of poor students is not only the needs of school teaching, is to promote the sustainable development of the individual and the construction of the socialist harmonious society. In this study, the students with learning difficulties to investigate the cause of the high school mathematics:most students entering high school was on the high school have difficulty in learning adaptation; learning does not adapt to the main reason is the main problem; not good:changes in learning skills, content, and increase the difficulty of learning, learning method is not competitive pressure; to adapt to the problem is very prominent; learning does not adapt to the psychological change can not be ignored.Research on the basis of the above research, the author selects3typical students (intelligence type1, non intelligence type2students with learning difficulties) as the case study, observation, comparison and analysis of the learning problem and the method of the three different types of students in the process of this research, seriously to explore the effective transformation of mathematics learning ways and measures of the poor students. Finally summarized the transformation strategy of high school students: individual help transforming students with learning difficulties is the most effective way, to take transformative strategies according to different characteristics of students with learning difficulties; in transforming students with learning difficulties in the process, must follow the "progressive" education principle, not be eager to hope for success; transformation of science students evaluation methods; hierarchical teaching.
