Moral education is the ’soul of21st century education’, and it plays an important role in the development of individual morality and the formation of good social prevailing moral practices.Therefore, the moral education is always a hot issue to which people pay attention. While bringing benefit to us, the development of times and the advance of society also carry a series of unignorable problems on the construction of students’ thinking and morality in secondary vocational schools(SVS).In SVS, students’ mood of being tired of study and self-abasement are intense; they also have strong psychological state of paranoia, rebel, comparation and vanity. In contrast, they have less consciousness of thanks-giving, sense of responsibility and weak judgement of the right and the wrong; they also have a weak sense of self-control and behavior-control. Therefore, the problems of students’ganging up, fighting, addiction in net surfing, and breaking school rules occurs frequently.To solve them better, a new way, which is suitable for SVS students’ physical and psychological features, must be explored so that the efficience of SVS students’ moral educational can be improved.The development training is a fashionable mode of ’experience learning’ in recent years. Through using a series of purposed activities such as creating the surroundings, experiencing and sensing and interacting among groups, it will intrigue, adjust and sublimate the participants’ quality and potential of knowledge, emotion and consciousness so that make them achieve a level of positive, self-beyond and creative. In some schools, people begin to apply the development training to forge students’will and cultivate their idea of cooperation.Based on the above-mentioned, the paper, from learners’aspect, makes a profound analysis on moral education and development training and reveal their intention and present situation of study home and abroad. By using documentation, questionnaire investigation, individual case analysing, the paper analyses the students’present thinking and moral situation in SVS and typical cases, discusses the present situation of moral education in SVS, and analyses the practicality of development training in SVS moral education. After that, it analyses the development training which was held in Dongguan Science and Technology School based on the evident, which includes the basic situation of participants, the realization of development training before and after taking part in it, the acquirement in the training, the effect on students’ growth, the fusion of the training with school’s moral education and the remaining problems of the training.By analysing the above-mentioned, the paper holds the viewpoint that the development training is beneficial to:cultivating students positive attitude for life, decisiveness,confidence and the ability of overcoming psychological fear, training students’ idea of cooperation, communication ability, intercare and intertrust; excavating student’s potentials; developing students’ creative thinking ability and practical capacity; promoting students’ healthy psychological development. Development training diversifies the contents of moral education and play an active and positive role in the moral education in SVS.
