In recent years, under the state's tremendous support, our nation's undertaking of preschool education has seen rapid development. The total number of kindergartens as well as the various kinds of preschool education institutions has been constantly increased, and the enrollment and the existing kindergarten enrollments have also been constantly elevated; nevertheless, there is still a severe lack of the reservation of the kindergarten teachers, which, no matter from the numbers or the overall level, can hardly cope with the development speed of the preschool education. Consequently, a series of employment problems derived from such a situation severely have influenced the quality of children's education, thus inhibiting the development of preschool education.Through the method of questionnaire and interview survey method, this Paper conducted a rather systematic empirical analysis of the current employment of the graduates of secondary schools of kindergarten teachers and it is held that the employment of the current graduates of secondary schools of kindergarten teachers is not so promising. It is characterized by such problems as a big mobility rate caused by the gap between the employment expectation and the actual salaries, the uneven distribution of faculty and the increased feeling of job burnout; the contradiction of the self-quality and the needs of the kindergartens' development directly reflects the insufficient capacities of the graduates, as well as the missing of the relevant training by the schools; in addition, the contradiction between the training of the preschool teachers and the kindergartens' needs echoes the lagging behind of the schools' training modes as well as the problems in the employment management. This Paper, by integrating these employment issues, combining the theories of relevant theories, and applying literature methodology, analyzed the influencing factors of the employment issue; meanwhile, on such levels as the state policies, government behaviors, the school training modes and employment management, the aspect of the employing institutions as well as the graduates themselves, it proposed solution strategies with pertinence; it is necessary to have government guidance, increase investments and perfect the employment policies; with the schools of preschool teachers or those training children's teachers as the leading force, it is necessary to optimize the schools' training modes and the mechanism of employment management and perfect the curriculum so as to solve the employment problem of the graduates of secondary school from its source; then, there is a need to start with such aspects as the needs of the institutions and the employment concepts of the families, with emphasis laid on the pre-job training and post-job training, as well as the employment concepts of families; finally, the graduates themselves must be regarded as the main body, and there is a need to elevate the career awareness and moral levels and elevate their own comprehensive capacities so as to cope with the development needs of such current institutions of preschool education as kindergartens.
