Content:As the rapid development of China’s industry and modern service, the highervocational education has made important contributions in promoting regional economicdevelopment, improving people’s quality of life and universal higher education. Rapideconomic development promotes higher vocational education to further improvement at thespecifications and quality of personnel training, which is to meet the requirements of societyand enterprises. The current focus of higher vocational education is mainly for business andtraining front-line technical personnel who will work in the production process, distribution,management and services. The training of the talented can’t go without teachers, andvocational training objectives also set forth requirements for teachers. To establish ahigh-level team of teachers is the important work of improving the comprehensivecompetitiveness for becoming higher vocational colleges and schools with professionalcharacteristics and outstanding students.In this study, the investigation and analysis of the current situation on F highervocational college teachers have been taken, and the study points out the school’s facultybuilding problems, explains the reasons for these problems and puts forward feasiblesuggestions, which combined with the basic characteristics, basic properties and trainingobjectives of higher vocational education. Furthermore, the suggestions also based on currentindustry direction of structural adjustment from Germany, USA, Australia, Japan and otherdeveloped countries. In order to promote F vocational colleges faculty construction, ensurethe quality of education and promote the healthy development of higher vocational education,the theoretical framework of this study has been proposed:The first chapter: Introduction. This chapter mainly on studies of the problems,significance, research status in home and abroad, purpose and content of research perspectivesand methods, and to define the main concepts.The second chapter: Policy research on teachers construction in higher vocational college.This chapter focuses on the related policies on teachers construction of higher vocationalcollege, especially the strengthening of "Double" teachers construction, part-time teachersconstruction and the teachers’ professional construction.The third chapter: Teachers construction analysis on foreign higher vocational education.By analyzing the teaching staff characteristics of the foreign higher vocational colleges, itsummarizes on revelations on faculty construction of higher vocational college in our country.The fourth chapter: Analysis on teachers construction of F higher vocational college.Based on the survey research, it analyzes the status quo of F vocational college teachers andthe basic problems.The fifth chapter: Suggestions and measures on higher vocational colleges. Combinedanalysis of survey results for F vocational college faculty building problems, it makes somepractical recommendations and measures both from the school and the state.The innovation of this paper is putting forward some concrete measures from the macroand stressing the need to build a high level of professionalism of teachers, and to reach hegoal, it needs not only vocational colleges’ own efforts, but also education authorities, such asintensify support the development of relevant policies, increase training base constructionfunds investment and the intensity of higher education reform, establish a more perfect titles assessment system on part-time teachers, especially some of the professional and technicalpersonnel in the enterprise.
