| Higher vocational education in China started relatively late.However,with the rapid development of social productivity,all walks of life have shown a large demand for advanced technical talents,which has prompted higher vocational education to enter the track of rapid development.At the same time,it also put forward new standards and requirements for the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges.It is an important task and mission for higher vocational colleges to build a high-quality "three-division" teaching staff to train qualified high-tech talents that meet the needs of social and economic development.Based on the actual development of higher vocational colleges,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the problems in the course of teacher construction in lanzhou vocational and technical colleges,using the theory of human resource management as the research object.The author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: personal factors,school factors and environmental factors,expounds the concrete measures for building the "three divisions" teacher team,and puts forward some personal views and opinions.Based on the actual development of higher vocational colleges,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the current situation,existing problems and reasons of the teachers of the "three divisions" in lanzhou vocational and technical colleges,using the theory of human resource management as the research object.On the basis of this,we draw on the advanced experience at home and abroad,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from policy environment factors,perfect school system,cooperation between schools and enterprises and teachers 'professional development.It is hoped that through the research of this article,it can provide practical guidance for strengthening the construction of the "three divisions" teaching staff of lanzhou vocational and technical college,and also provide reference for other higher vocational colleges. |
