Study On Undergraduates' Creative Quality In Qinghai Colleges

Innovation is an important force to promote the development of a country and a nation.Innovating talent is one of the most important strategic resources in the world today.The lack of accomplishment in becoming innovative talents is precisely a key issue that bothers and hinders the development of innovative talent in universities.Using literature analysis,questionnaires and interviews,this study investigated the status quo of undergraduates' innovative qualities in undergraduates from the four dimensions: knowledge structure,innovation awareness and thinking,cognitive ability,and personality characteristics.The results showed that: The lack of an innovative environment,a single teacher's teaching approach,lagging teachers' creative education concepts,unscientific school curriculum,and lack of platforms for innovative practice exchange learning.The reasons for the formation of the problems are analyzed.The main reasons are that the creative ideas of colleges and universities in Qinghai Province are lagging behind,the university teachers and undergraduates have weak awareness of innovation,unskilled colleges and universities innovative curriculum,lack of an atmosphere of innovative campus environment,and lack of innovation and practice platforms.On this basis,aiming at the problems existing in undergraduates' creative qualities in Qinghai universities,according to the reasons for their formation,the strategies for improving the development of undergraduates' creative qualities in Qinghai are proposed.First of all,colleges and universities in Qinghai should use the concept to lead and perfect the teaching mode of cultivating undergraduates' innovative qualities.Colleges and universities should enhance teachers' awareness of innovative education and undergraduates' awareness of innovation.Colleges and universities should go to serve the emancipatory and innovative education management.Second,they should be guided by the curriculum.To cultivate the innovative qualities of undergraduates and build a curriculum system that integrates general education,professional education,and interdisciplinarity,so that compulsory courses and elective courses can be combined to enhance the mutual sharing of curriculum resources between schools;again,it is necessary to raise awareness from the environment.,To create a strong creative and creative campus culture atmosphereand to strengthen the promotion of innovative ideas.Finally,from the introduction of the platform,we encourage multiple parties to share resources and actively use the innovative online platform to promote the exchange of learning and innovation among undergraduate students from universities in our province and between universities in the province and outside the province.The development aid of undergraduates' creative quality in Qinghai.
