Teaching management is considered to be the core of school management,the foundation of all the teaching activities, which is also a powerful guarantee to improve teaching quality. Teaching evaluation, a process to measure the teaching process and results, give them valuable judgments according to scientific standards in the use of all the effective means, is based on the goal of teaching. Teaching evaluation is an important content of teacher management.. It has diagnosis function, incentive function, regulatory function and teaching function.Humanized management idea is one of the most important content of modern management. As we know the main goal of higher education is to cultivate and shape talents, so humanized management idea must be most needed in higher education. The scientific and humanized college teachers teaching evaluation mechanism can strengthen teachers’ sense of belonging, sense of responsibility, arouse teachers’ work enthusiasm and improve teaching quality. It is also an effective way to promote teacher’s individual development and to cultivate innovative teachers at the same time.This thesis analyzes the causes of the current situation of lacking humanism care in university teachers’teaching evaluation according to the data from teaching evaluation questionnaire conducted between teachers and students in five universities of Jiangxi province. It aims to explore how to build a humanized college teachers teaching evaluation model.The basic ideas and framework of my thesis is:Describe the background and significance of the research topic and the research status as well, explain the ideas and methods I use in the first part of the thesis. In the second part, define the related concepts and theoretical basis. In the third part, analyze the questions and causes of the lack of humanistic care in university teachers’teaching evaluation according to the statistical analysis results of the questionnaire on the current situation of university teachers’teaching evaluation conducted in teachers and students in the third part. Then, talk about the related foreign experience for reference. In the fifth part, I explore the countermeasure of college teachers teaching evaluation model in perspective of human nature based on the above analysis. In the last part, make a conclusion of the whole thesis.
