Revival of Humanistic Quality Education is a social, cultural, and econom-ic development needs. But how to achieve a high degree of harmony and unit-y of the social, cultural, economic, that is a social problems of the modern er-a of concern to the education sector. Currently Humane Education Problems e-mbodied in Humanistic Quality Education ignore harmony of nature, harmony of traditional, and harmony of society, harmony of ego that has caused betw-een people and nature, people and traditions, people and society, people and s-elf-contradictory. Therefore, the need of a new perspective to guide the develop-ment of Humane Education, Humanistic Education should be based on cultural ecology as the basis, in the "flexible rule" and "asylum" guidance Humanistic Education in Colleges and Universities has a very important reform ecological significance. In this study with cultural ecology perspective, in this perspective, the humanistic quality education in Colleges and universities as the center, with the comprehensive, harmonious, sustainable development as the main line to st-udy, four part of nature, society, norms, physiological and psychological constr-uct environment as the background research. From the problem of man and n-ature, man and history problems, people and society, man and the four aspects of problems to reveal the cultural ecology caused by conflict of humanity qua-lity education in colleges and universities. At the same time, from research the possibility and necessity to analyze the cultural ecology perspective is used to study the necessity and the possibility of humanity quality education in collog-ues and universities, with ecological environment specification, control and opti-mization of humanity quality education in colleges and universities,make colleg-e students love of nature, follow the history, take care of social, make public individual character.The goal for humanity quality education in colleges and universities---man’s all-round development.
