Therefore, to explore the issues of education and training of farmers, have very important meaning.In this paper, as a case of Huang Xing town and An Sha town in Changsha County, on the basis of investigation and research, analyse the status and characteristics of landless peasants in Hunan province, to investigate the existence of landless peasants education and training problems and affecting factors, put forward to promote the education and training of farmers in Hunan to carry out effective suggestions, structure the scientific mode of education and training, rich the research field of the occupation education, In order to provide personnel and technology support for effective Hunan agricultural and economic development, promote the development of rural economy and agricultural modernization in Hunan, to maintain the stability of society, promote the construction of urbanization, and provide decision-making basis for government departments.
