Landless Peasants Compensation Mechanism Of Occupation Education Based On A Survey Of Four Counties In Anhui Province

So far,the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of rural household registration system are the way which must be passed to achieve urban-rural integration and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.It is also the inevitable choice to improve the comprehensive national strength of our country.However,due to the urbanization of the demand for land resources,a large number of agricultural land been turned into urban construction land,the special role of land-lost farmers just be born.The openings been provided by the government and the society are far from meeting the needs of the land-lost farmers,and the quality supply of the land-lost farmers is not in place,which leads to the imbalance between the supply of talents and the market demands.Land-lost farmers lost the lowest survival security,lost both land and employment.Although the state has vigorously developed a social security system for land-lost farmers,providing them with appropriate economic compensation and reasonable social security,but only from the view of sustainable development,can guarantee the interests of the huge landless peasants,promote the prosperity and stability of the society by providing them with the safeguard measures to survive and adapt to the changes of the society.Only then can promote the healthy development of urban-rural integration construction.To ensure the sustainable development of land-lost farmers,we must solve the employment problem of land-lost farmers,in this case,vocational education plays an important role.Through establishing an effective compensation mechanism for vocational education,we should train the vocational skills and literacy for land-lost farmers.The population burden of land-lost farmers should be transformed into human resource advantages.It is divided into five parts.The first part is to clarify the background and significance of this study,the current situation and results of domestic and foreign research,as well as the research methods and innovative points.The second part summarizes the existing social compensation system of land-lost farmers.The third part,analyze land-lost farmers survival status,which is based on the investigation offour counties in Anhui Province,summed up the living conditions of land-lost farmers.The fourth part,the development appeal of land-lost farmers-vocational education.The subsistence contradiction of land-lost farmers is gradually being alleviated,but the ultimate social security of land-lost farmers is still dependent on the self-development.In the 5th part,according to the individual demands and social development demands of land-lost farmers,the author puts forward the research on the compensation mechanism of vocational education for land-lost farmers,which shifts the focus from the level of survival to the level of development,so as to help the land-lost farmers to have a better life.
