With the continuous development of the information age, reading this activity hasbecome an indispensable part of people’s life, thus reading has become the people of a kindof ability to reflect, cultivate students reading ability is also increasingly become acompulsory course. However, the cultivation of reading ability without good readingenvironment, its as a prerequisite, the students reading ability training and development, butalso is particularly important. In reading environment study abroad has put forward therelated theory, and in the light of constructing reading environment related problems putsforward the effective measures, but through a lot of access and search found no foreignliterature in our country elementary student’s reading environment studies. In China, aroundreading and reading research has become a scale, can search to the literature, but relativelymore about reading environment special system study, compared with the lack of access tothe literature also is in the reading theory is involved.Good reading environment is to cultivate students’ reading ability condition, and readingenvironment, including society, school, family and so on various aspects of the influencefactors. First of all, the introduction mainly around the research content and purpose, therelevant concept definition and description, study of the theoretical basis and significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation, Secondly, through the countryside waspart of the questionnaire and interview, the current situation of rural primary school studentsreading, reading of environment problems and reasons for analysis. Finally, this paper triesto family, school, society and their own four aspects put forward to improve the rural pupils’reading environment countermeasures and Suggestions, which puts forward countermeasuresand Suggestions including through creating a favorable atmosphere for the students reading,reading interest and the training methods of the effective guidance etc guide students readinghabits and the improvement of reading ability.
