Employment is the important way to participate in the most of economic life, female students are no exception, but also the people to achieve the ideals of critical period is an important way of its own independent personality, but also get the opportunity to enjoy equal rights with men. Female students not only related to their career development, but also in relation to the sustainable socio-economic development to achieve successful employment, female university employment equity issue has become urgent need to address a major problem of society.According to the author of the social experience and the survey confirmed the employment of female graduates unfair indeed widespread, is the root cause of gender discrimination in the society. Specific reasons both from the social objective factors, business factors, college factors, there are female students factors, these factors mutual restraint, mutual contact, the combined effect of female college students employment equity. Inequities in gender employment not only undermine a fair and equitable principles of harmonious society, but also impede the flow of talent in the labor market, resulting in the lack of coordination of the allocation of human resources, resulting in a great waste of social resources. State and Government and relevant departments must attach great importance to this issue, fully understood and considered on the basis of national realities, to mobilize all social forces to ease the inequities in employment, especially for female college students employment discrimination. In my opinion, social should promote the awareness of gender equality education to strengthen and improve the degree of social civilization; Second, we must speed up economic development, adjusting the industrial structure to create more jobs, which is the most fundamental and most effective solution to female college students to employment issues; Government, first need to strive to improve the social security system, to achieve the socialization of female fertility costs, in order to achieve the enterprise’s economic compensation; followed by setting the specialized management agencies should also use administrative means to interfere and to guarantee equal employment such as the establishment of the employment gender equality Management Office "labor management department of government at all levels; legal department to improve the relevant legislative mechanisms, strengthen law enforcement, and to improve the legal system oversight mechanisms; employer to give up the female stereotype, objective fair employment, a correct understanding of gender is little potential for the excellent work; colleges and universities should deepen the reform of education and teaching, professional and curriculum adjusted according to market demand, improve the employment guidance, strengthen job training for female college students in a timely manner provide employment information for female students to develop the concept of entrepreneurship among university students and the concept of self-employment; the last female students need to change their concept of employment, employment, career, take the initiative to adapt to market competition for jobs, play their own advantages, and actively entrepreneurship and self-employment.
