As the main body of the implementation of higher vocational education, Highervocational colleges’s scale has got great development in the higher educationpopularity today.But there are still problems to further improve in higher vocationalcolleges such as goal is not clear, school’s characteristics are not bright.School-enterprise cooperation is basic approach of the higher vocational collegestraining. Many countries vocational education successful experience suggests thatonly through the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, Higher vocationalcolleges can accurate positioning of the target, to win the recognition and broadmarket space for higher vocational education quality. The cooperation betweencolleges and enterprises of our country’s higher vocational colleges for a variety ofreasons, there are still many problems, the influence to its own function play. Frommany consider measures to solve the problems, make effective cooperation betweencolleges and enterprises, improve the quality of higher vocational colleges hasbecome a top priority.This article mainly from the Angle of school-enterprise cooperation mechanismconstruction, to the United States, Germany, Australia and other countries as arepresentative of foreign developed countries held vocational school-enterprisecooperation mechanism to carry on the analysis, sum up the successful experience ofschool-enterprise cooperation. And through the present situation investigation ofcooperation between colleges and enterprises in guangzhou area of the operationmechanism, found that the current operation of the cooperation between colleges andenterprises existing operation effect is not good, formalism is serious, theadministrative management is not in place and the initiative of the enterprises, etc.Finally, according to the actual situation of higher vocational colleges in guangzhouarea, combined with the foreign successful experiences of developed country, from policy, system, culture and the cooperation between school and enterprise operationmechanism of the improvement Suggestions: Perfect the government policymechanism, construction of government leading management mechanism,construction of mutual win-win drive mechanism and constructing theschool-enterprise cooperation evaluation mechanism.
