The operation of the class has the direct influence to the completion of the school educational tasks and student’s overall development. However, the lack of the class teacher quality in the class management of secondary vocational school, the defective of the class teacher evaluation system, no the class teacher selection system, do not pay attention to the needs of the class teacher. Due to the factors mentioned above, many problems exist in the class management, such as:out-dated method of the class management, formalization of the class management, confusion in the way of the class teacher selection, less the class teacher allowances. These problems Prevent student’s healthy overall development and Lead to the working pressure and no happiness of the class teacher.According to the analysis of above issues, the following are the corresponding approaches to do away with the problems. First, improve the quality and level of management of the class teacher through training. Second, the scientific class teacher evaluation program should be established to motivate them and improve the effectiveness of class management. Third, the class teacher selection system should be established to construct the environment for the democratic and healthy of the class teacher. Finally, the class teacher treatment should be improved to reflect their value.The theses consist of three parts:The first part:the main issues in the class management of secondary vocational school which point out four key problems and their harm.The second part:Investigation of the class management in secondary vocational school of Heyuan city, and analysis of data and case, summed up the four major problems.The third part:Analysis and summarizes the cause of the problem in educational administration, under the guidance of the student psychology.The four part:Four countermeasures should be established to improve the effectiveness of class management.
