Based on the existing research data, the satisfaction of Mongolian primary and secondary schools to newly recruited teachers in this study is described by questionnaires and interviews.Although newly recruited teachers have various problems, such as lack of understanding of students, the need to improve teaching abilities, poor communication between teachers and parents, the overall performance in the aspect of teachers' virtue is good. This paper analyzes the problems and finds out the causes. The low threshold for recruiting new teachers, the lack of targeted training, the lack of attention to teachers' ethics education, and the lack of internal driving force for new teachers are all the main causes. In the view of the above reasons, this paper proposes the following solutions:improve the relevant examination system, optimize the personnel training mode, promote newly recruited teachers' ethics through multiple ways and pay attention to newly recruited teachers'self-improvement.The paper is aimed at presenting some useful suggestions for the development of Mongolian primary and secondary school teachers.Hopefully, the growth rate of newly recruited teachers and the teaching level of Mongolian primary and secondary schools can be improved in this way.
