The physical education curriculum of primary and secondary school’s (for the convenience of research, this study puts primary schools and secondary schools’physical education curriculum collectively referred to as the physical education curriculum of primary and secondary school) reform gradually gets into important stage of deepening development. Physical education curriculum implementation substantiality promotes the reform of physical education curriculum, ideal and value of physical education curriculum’s generation and realization depends on physical. Materially physical education curriculum implementation promotes to the physical education curriculum reform, the success of the sports curriculum reform can’t do without physical education curriculum evaluation, physical education curriculum evaluation reform’s important links and is the generation of value assurance on physical education curriculum, they embody the process to found the problem, and timely feedback, and improved. The process includes checking up the practicable circumstances of schools’new curriculum, the consistent of implementation and plan, the degree of teachers understand and receive new curriculum, possessing how much new curriculum quality implementation, students experience the real situation of the new curriculum and the factors in the implementation, implementation results is consistent with expectations and a series of problems. This paper uses the methods of document research, survey, interview, logical analysis to comb curriculum evaluation theory progress both at home and abroad, clarifies the impact, to discuss enlightenment in the development process of the physical education curriculum evaluation in our country, and to analyse main content of evaluation, consist of studies the main influencing factors (including the evaluation of the participants, evaluation tools and examination system, etc.), the current physical education teaching evaluation, students’ physical education learning evaluation, extracurricular sports activities evaluation and so on, and to build a preliminary exploration and thinking of foundations theory about physical education curriculum evaluation, System construction and practical application. This study draws the following conclusions:first, primary and secondary school physical education curriculum reform has entered a deepening development important stage, in urgent need of implementing physical education curriculum evaluation to feedback information, promote the reform smoothly, strengthen research of the implementation of physical education curriculum evaluation is need to improve theory system of the physical education curriculum, is the assurance of smoothly implement physical education curriculum, the elementary education physical education curriculum reform needs to strengthen the implementation of physical education curriculum evaluation research. Second, the study of physical education curriculum implement evaluation is scarce, there is hardly research of this field, with the further development of physical education curriculum reform, physical education curriculum evaluation gradually implement handful of researchers’sights. But, physical education curriculum implement evaluation research is still current difficulties of the research in physical education curriculum, physical education curriculum implement evaluation research has a long way to go. Three, insufficient understanding of implementing physical education curriculum evaluation, lack of attention, width, lays stress on import and ignores digestion, need to strengthen the localized theoretical research, the implementation of physical education curriculum evaluation system needs to be perfect. Four, physical education curriculum implementation evaluation started up late, low starting point, need to rely on the parent discipline as development foundation, and combining with the characteristics and rules of sports discipline development promote the improvement of the system, in-depth investigation and research in practice, set up scientific and operability standard of implementation evaluation, fully consider the influence factors of implementation evaluation, and the multivariate evaluation participants reflected the complexity of the different vision and direction, promote practical application about the theory of physical education curriculum implementation evaluation.
