Physical education curriculum is a public compulsory curriculum for students to focus on physical exercises,through reasonable physical education and scientific exercise process,to achieve physical fitness,improve physical health and improve physical education.It is an important part of the school curriculum system;it is school physical education the central link of the work an effective way for our country to realize quality education and promote students to adapt to society and cultivate students' complete personality.The implementation of physical education curriculum includes the arrangement and implementation of a series of situations such as physical education content,hours,and evaluation.The evaluation of physical education is an important part of physical education in schools.It is a measurement to test the process and results of physical education.It is also an important tool to improve the quality of physical education and promote the progress of physical education.This article compares and analyzes the content setting,class hours,primary school physical education curriculum,and high school physical education curriculum of the Seychelles Physical Education Curriculum Standard and the Chinese Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard through literature method,comparative research method,and logical analysis method.The results of the comparison are as follows: 1.Seychelles has a single learning curriculum,which is difficult to apply to every school and city.There is rich,diverse and flexible curriculum content in China.2.In terms of class hours,Seychelles students in grades one take 40 minutes of physical education twice a week,students in grades 4 to 11 participate in 80 minutes of physical education a week,and students in grades one to ninth in China Participate in 2 hours of physical education.Students in grades 10 to 12 have 216 hours of physical education in three years.3.The teaching objectives of the Seychelles physical education curriculum standards only require students to master basic sports skills,tactics and attitudes.They lack the ability to cultivate students' interest in physical education and establish the concept of lifelong sports.Without the Chinese physical education curriculum standards,there are more long-term benefits.4.China's sports and health evaluations contain more content,and the evaluations are measurable.The Seychelles sports curriculum standards indicate that teachers observe and evaluate students' skills,knowledge,attitudes and values ??in the evaluation.The following conclusions are drawn through research: China's physical education curriculum content is richer,diverse,and flexible;China has more physical education hours than Seychelles,and there are differences in curriculum goals between the two.China's physical education curriculum standards are higher than Seychelle's Physical education curriculum standards have more long-term benefits;the two countries have different methods of evaluating physical fitness.Based on the conclusions,some suggestions are made: 1.The Seychelles physical education curriculum standard requires the implementation of health education in physical education.2.The physical education of the Ministry of Education of Seychelles should set up more physical education content so that students have more choices.3.Seychelles should consider the teaching aspects implemented in the physical education curriculum standards.4.Seychelles physical education should develop measurable evaluation guidelines.
