The21th century is the fully information age of the humanity, which isthe knowledge economy era featured by the innovation and application. The talentneeded by the society is not only the traditional man accept the knowledge teached bythe teacher,only can memory with the use of previous experience, not good atinnovation and not dare to innovation. Meanwhile the Comprehensive vocational abilitytalents whice have more divergent thinking and With a high degree of creativity, isheavily needed by the society. Innovative spirit and practical ability which can seize theinitiative in the international competition has become a key factor.With the rapid development of China’s economic construction, the gap between thetalent and the demand for economic construction. In order to promote the rapiddevelopment of higher vocational education innovation and reform of teaching mode,the traditional mode of education is difficult to meet the educational needs must adopt anew mode and means to meet this challenge. How to realize the talents training target,in order to train the standard Vocational Institute in personnel training process commonchallenge facing the road and prospects of the development of vocational education.This article from the comprehensive vocational ability the connotation elementsconstitute conduct in-depth analysis and research.By analysis and study theconnotation、 essential factor and constitution of the comprehensive vocationalability,this thesis analysis of the outstanding problems, the causes of VocationalStudents in Vocational Ability, compare the differences and advantages of the projectpedagogy with traditional teaching methods, summarizes several issues the pedagogyprocess of the implementation of the project should be noted.
