Chinese traditional education pay much attention to the exam-oriented education, pursuing for graduation rates unilaterally, and students blinded by it can not meet the requirements of modern society. Therefore, it is necessary to overturn traditional education concept. With students oriented awareness, new education conception emphasizes cultivating innovation ability. Cramming education matching traditional education is badly in need of change, in this context, a new teaching mode has been arising as the time requires--case study.To some extent, Learning Plan Guidance has changed the teacher-centered class mode, and has raised the principal status of students. And consequently, teaching effect has obviously changed. However, Learning Plan Guidance is a kind of new teaching model. Shortage of theoretical research inevitably brings about blindness in practice achievements from pedagogy, psychology and system-theory which function as theory basis. And tries to find out problems existing in the implementing of Learning Plan Guidance by the help of practical experience and actual investigation.Based on the problems found in teaching practice, this essay tries to reveal the problems by the method of literature analysis, observation, conservation questionnaire so as to find solutions to this problems, to provide a reference for teachers who are putting this model into effect, and to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching as well as to dig up the potential of every student.
