| Based on the existence of the internal staff communication problem,this essay takes ECOSME (China) International Co., Ltd. as an example, designed,developed and implemented a complete set of training scheme. This training wasdeveloped mainly according to ADDIE model. Through questionnaire, interview andobservation, this essay carried on the analysis to the enterprise demand. The essaydesigned and developed training curriculum according to the analysis result oftraining participates including age characteristics, learning style and other factors. Theprocess of design and development includes selecting topics, sequencing content,establishing a knowledge framework, choosing teaching strategies and makingteaching material script. The essay used a test for the participants, and teacher-studentmutual evaluation of formative assessment. The improvement of training materials isbased on the formative assessment, and then carried out the implementation of thesecond training activities and the summative evaluation. |
