With the constant improvement of the level of social informatization and the accelerating development of the knowledge renewal, more and more companies have realized the importance of enterprise training and have gradually carried out it. However, the training effects of many companies are not ideal. The main reason is the lack of necessary analysis and essential design, leading to the ambiguity of targeting objects, or the inappropriateness of training contents, or the unattractiveness of training processes, etc. Instructional System Design, which pays attention to the systematic analysis and "suit the remedy to the case", provides a feasible idea and method for solving these problems.It is a practical research on applying Instructional System Design to enterprise training, aiming to solve the problems such as unspecific training needs, insufficient training materials, analyses and designs.The research divided into three parts:the frontal analysis of training courses, the design and development of training courses, the practice and evaluation of training courses. In the frontal analysis, firstly, the expectations of senior technology consultants were explored by interviews and the competence of trainees were tested through questionnaires. By figuring out the gap between them, the training needs became specific and clear. Secondly, the general features of trainees were studied through interviews. Based on the features, the research provided some suggestions about trainings and problems that should be paid attention to. Finally, Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to dissect the training contents, and Classified Analysis was applied to classify those contents into tables.In the design and development of training courses, as to specific training contents and requirements, the research was presented with observable and measurable training objectives, which could provide guidance and standards for training activities. Then, to form complete training materials, the research collected and neatened the existing materials according to those training contents, and even designed and developed some training resources. Finally, the research designed evaluation schemes from the perspective of the training results of trainees, the satisfaction of trainees towards training activities and the satisfaction of trainers towards the design of training lecturers.Finally, trainings were carried out. After the trainings, the results of trainees were evaluated by a target-oriented mean. Trainers’ satisfactions towards the training design were investigated at the same time. And then the information of evaluation was analyzed by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.This study, helps R Company to solve current problems and effectively complete the pre-service training, summarizes the experience and put forward some suggestions for its next training. It also provides a practical case for other companies to solve their problems in enterprise training by using Instructional System Design. It is practical and valuable.
