The Research On The Management Of Unofficial Personnel In Vocational College

In recent years, China attaches much importance on high education. Vocational education is rising dramatically and the scale of vocational colleges is expanding largely. So the number of unofficial staff is also increasing. Nowadays, unofficial staff plays an important role in teaching, teaching assistance, administration and rear service in colleges. They have become a vital force in the development of colleges. With Chinese law system becoming sound, the management of these unofficial staff is a huge challenge. As the management of using unofficial staff is more and more complicated, how to standardize the management of unofficial staff, stabilize the team of unofficial staffs and inspire their potential is a matter that college human resources departments have to deal with.This thesis, through the research on Anhui Technical and Vocational College of Industry and Trade, shows the situation of unofficial staffs, analyzes the problems, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the management of unofficial staffs and provides many suggestions, hoping to offer some useful references on the management of college unofficial staffs.
