Research On The Personnel Archives Informatization Management In Vocational Institutions

Archives informatization construction of vocational institutions is an important branch of archives undertaking in the information age. It is an important part of development of archives and information construction in our country. It is a significant change of archives management mode in vocational institutions. Information technology revolution brings both opportunities and challenges for the informatization. How to solve the problem of archives informatization is an important research topic in personnel archives department of vocational institutions.To find out the present situation of the personnel archives informatization management in vocational institutions, I make a deep research on the present situation of vocational institutions in Jinan. It mainly includes the followings:the setup administration of personnel archives management in vocational institutional and personnel quality; hardware configuration and usage in the personnel archives informatization management in vocational institutions; personnel archives management mode in vocational institutions; the application of personnel archives of vocational institutions; the information system of personnel archives management in vocational institutions and the present networking conditions of personnel archives in vocational institutions.Then the problems existing in the informatization construction of personnel archives in vocational institutions are discussed in this thesis. The problems are the followings:personnel archives management system falls behind and ideas are backward; the ways of care personnel archives are single and the contents are old-fashioned; the administrative departments of archives have bad service consciousness, utilization of personnel archives is low; the personnel whose quality is poor can’t keep up with the trend of the information age; information construction is underfunded and it is difficult to raise funds; archives informatization construction of vocational institutions lacks of unification and standardization of consciousness; vocational institutions have low penetration of personnel archives management information system which functionality is bad; the information network of personnel archives lags.Aiming at the problems above, this thesis puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, and discusses from the following several aspects. Vocational institutions intensify propaganda, enhance the consciousness of the archives, enrich the content of the archives and improve the value in use; the informatization construction of personnel archives in vocational institutions is unified, standard and normalized; carry out the personnel archives management information system; do a good job of privacy and security of personnel archives data; study hard to enhance the personnel quality.Generally speaking, the building of the personnel archives informatization management in vocational institutions is still in low level development. Its development builds on the strong support of various social forces. But he future is bright. I believe the building of the personnel archives informatization management in vocational institutions will certainly be better tomorrow.
