Based on the domestic and overseas research production, this paper is mainly focused on "A Dream of Red Mansions", and according to the author’s point of view, it discusses how Confucianism influenced Chinese ancient women. This paper thinks that "think twice, seek happiness" from " Book of Songs" is the educational aim for Chinese ancient women. However, the reality of male dominance and the contradictions of women education made Chinese ancient women sacrifice their happiness. Contents and requirements for Chinese ancient women created a dilemma, which was sure to challenge ancient women’s educatonal bottom line. By using various ways, women education was marked with Confucianism, which promoted Chinese traditional culture.Respecting morality and pursuing harmony of family and society made feudal women’s life a tragedy, which was not only a failure of Confucianism but also feudal society. With the development of the society and the improvement of women’s social status, Confucianism should be self-refeshing. Masculine education was not. scientific and we are expecting there to be respecting gender gap and truly scientific femal education.
