It enables the classroom to open to society, and a more flexible teaching content helps students to actively explore the unknown world; The teaching process is not constrained by a fixed mode of "review, new teaching, practice, consolidation and summary". Thus, the "To teach-" teaching model can be changed to that of "problem-inquiry", and the purpose is to improve the classroom teaching efficiency and quality, to adapt to the needs of quality education and curriculum reform. Therefore, the research of primary and secondary schools in the concept of open classroom teaching management has a strong practical significance.The present Article uses the method of literature, collects primary and secondary school classroom teaching materials and its openness related theory and practice of classroom teaching, explores the aspects of information. Research found that the classroom teaching of primary and secondary schools is characterized more by perceptual knowledge than rational thinking; first-line teachers much more than theoretical workers research, openness in classroom teaching and research. Based on these findings the results of this study is for the research of open classroom teaching of primary and secondary schools to offer reference to new ideas and find new breakthrough point. The present research Uses interview method, learns about the primary and secondary school teachers who have strong desire to open the classroom teaching, although their teaching behaviors just stay at the perceptual knowledge level; Suffer from test pressure and the lag of theory, there is a lot of open classroom teaching perplexity, still goalless action research and rational thinking.Investigation shows that the classroom teaching of primary and secondary schools open teaching is problematic for main teaching imbalance, teaching autocratic, prejudice and defects such as cut off. Analysis found that influence teachers’ professional quality, students’ individual differences, school and social environment, family intervention is the main factor affecting the reform of classroom teaching of primary and secondary schools.Therefore, in order to make the classroom teaching of primary and secondary schools to meet the need of quality education and curriculum reform, we really need to exert the principal role of students, and we must adhere to the independent open classroom teaching idea.
