At present, our country attaches great importance to teachers’evaluation work in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges to strengthenteachers’ assessment, the building has the high quality, professional, vibrant teachers, notonly can fully develop and allocation of human resources in higher vocational colleges,also can be as a predictor promote the reform of personnel system in colleges anduniversities, and constantly improve the structure of higher vocational colleges anduniversities teacher resources and configuration, improve teaching quality and efficiency,improve competitiveness and attractiveness of the school, better realize the goal of school.The main content of this article is divided into the following several parts. The firstchapter: introduction. The second chapter:the basic theory of higher vocational college teachers’ performance appraisal. This partexpounds the relevant theories of performance evaluation in higher vocational collegesand teachers, such as higher vocational colleges of teacher performance appraisal concept,purpose, function, method, process, and analyzes the higher vocational colleges of teacherperformance appraisal incentive theory. The third chapter: the current situation of highervocational college teachers’ performance appraisal.
