| There is not balanced condition about the demand of basic education teachers, so collegesand schools need to solve the problem that disconnect between the pre-service teachereducation and employement. Currently, the various models of teacher education is the trend ofteacher education, but there is a problem that how to construct a suitable model. This paperdiscusses that college how to adapt to the demand by improving the train, innovating themodel for teacher education.This paper used the method of comparative law and literature research on domestic andforeign successful experiences were references to normal university rich literature foranalysis.First, put forward the realistic, theoretical and political basis. Second,learn from themature practice of foreign countries on pre-service teacher education,the references tovaluable experiences of inland and tai-wan university. Finally,at the guidance of integrationand professional development, a normal university as object, candidates and teachers asrespondents, make an empirical research on problems of pre-service teacher education. In theview of probolems, propose a scheme on integration for pre-service teacher education ofprimary and secondary teacher, and interpretate that the design, implement and management:first, analysis the feasibility and necessity, second, put the solution idea on the model, third,come up with the latent problems and solution during the implement. |
