Chinese college graduates in2013reached6990000,190000more than in2012,is a new established since China university graduates up to a year. College graduatesoverall employment situation is very austere. The employment problem of collegestudents become the hot issue of the harmonious development of the society, in theface of such intense and the enormous pressure on employment, mass sports is a newspeciality is facing more and more severe challenges under this background. As a newmass sports specialty has still not enough and perfect, construction of the theoreticalresearch, educational ideas and the subject, how to cultivate the graduatesemployment situation, will be the survival and development of mass sports specialtyin teachers colleges face the problem. Shandong Province as the population and sports,community sports development, the response also established mass sports specialty,since2001to date13universities of Shandong Province, Shandong University,Shandong Sports Institute, Shandong Normal University has set up a series of masssports major, ten years has cultivated a large number of mass sports graduates, theemployment situation of graduates to on the cultivation of mass sports specialty inColleges and universities is reasonable or not directly reflected, therefore, research onthe employment situation of Shandong province mass sports graduates, and how tobetter promote the construction and development of the professional is important.Preliminary exploration Shandong mass sports specialty employment situation,the data analyzed by employment guidance center in Shandong Province andShandong Provincial Department of Education obtained initially learned the lowemployment rate of mass sports specialty Shandong province, below the overallaverage level of employment in Shandong Province. To further analyze the casestudies, mass sports graduates low employment rate, the paper chose the professionof Shandong Province opened eight colleges and universities, to the way thequestionnaire for each college graduates in2013to start training research,questionnaire in the form of student employment, personal concept of employment,reserves, and other professional skills to conduct detailed analysis. In the course of theinvestigation also found a prominent problem: most mass sports graduates did notwork them into mass sports, and even more people engaged in non-sports-relatedoccupations, resulting in a lot of sports professional brain drain. Expand morein-depth analysis and detailed investigation from the factors that may affect masssports graduates employment in Shandong province to address these issues articles,personal factors, including graduates, school culture and social employmentenvironment.For analysis of the problems in the investigation, the paper puts forward someconstructive comments and responses: First, students should improve theiremployment core competitiveness, the development of rational planning of employment during the school establish a correct concept of employment, improveemployment confidence, positive own businesses, and actively explore the socialemployment market; Second, professional training schools set up to target the socialdemand, strengthen communication and cooperation between universities, promotethe exchange of information between the importance of students internship, internshipsupervision and evaluation to establish mechanism, promote the reform of the schoolcurriculum, classroom teaching and the job market to achieve docking, strengthenemployment guidance for painting, changing the concept of employment, and activelyguide the student employment; Third, social improve policies and regulations,standardize social sports jobs, and create a good atmosphere of community sportsimprove the social acceptance of physical education, employment equilibriumdistribution of talent, promote the balanced and harmonious development of masssports around, the tertiary industry to increase financial support to encourage studentsto join the service industry or start their own businesses.Based on the various factors affecting the employment of graduates majoring inmass sports in Shandong province were analyzed, the objective was to identify whichof the controllable factors such as student employment concept and the level ofknowledge and skills, school training mode and curriculum structure, governmentregulation and so on, expect constructive suggestions and countermeasures putforward correspond to the relevant departments and relevant majors attention, adjustand improve various controllable factors to solve the problem of mass sportsprofessional graduates employment rate and major related degree low, raise thequality of employment of the graduates, this is the starting point of this paper and thefundamental purpose.
