During the period of the Republic China, with the advancement of industrialrevolution, demands of qualities and skills of the labor is higher and higher, economicinterests and reliance on science and technology are the pursuit for enterprise, so theyimplemented certain education for labor, to improve there production skills to enhancethe development of the enterprise. In terms of labor, launched by unbearable capitalistexploitation of labor movement, including the rights for education. Serious with laborissues, contradiction between labor and capital escalating, the government promotedthe labor education to maintain social stability and consolidate the rule, laboreducation become the social consensus as the best way to solve the problem of labor.Labor education ideological trend has gradually developed in such a socialenvironment, sparkplug by the social from all walks of life man of insight to laboreducation, formed a ripple across the country’s education thoughts. Mining on thebasis of the original data is presented in this paper, combining with the existing laboreducation research results, with the method of literature analysis, combing period ofthe republic of China labor education as a kind of ideological trend with thecharacteristics and impact.Full text is divided into four parts:The introduction part, the thesis expatiates the reason and significance,introduced the research achievements of existing literature on labor education, findout the weak link in existing research, research ideas and methods of this article.The first chapter, this paper discusses about labor education thought of historicalconditions and its evolution process in the period of the republic China. Historicalconditions mainly include the social background and trend of thought of the time,labor education is to the requirements of the social political economic developmentand the demands of the labor and capital, facilitated by labor education and the reformtrends traditional education. Labor education thoughts in the practice of laboreducation and been introduced and spread from the foreign countries were the thoughtfoundation of labor education. Labor education thought has initiated in the late Qing and early republic period, to the Nanjing national government period, labor educationthought was rushing in, and then with all kinds of difficulties and problems in laboreducation implementation, labor education gradually implement to failure, laboreducation thought also fell.In the second chapter, the paper analyzes the connotation, purpose and mission,main content of labor education, discusses the implementation of the labor education,experiment teaching problems, and labor education system construction and otherissues. Analyzes the characteristics of labor education thought, mainly labor for this,the combination of education with productive labor, the consensus of thegovernment-led social group, and be a kind of education thoughts of progressivesignificance.The third chapter, the paper reveals the impact of labor education thoughts andthe enlightenment. Labor education thought promoted the development of laboreducation movement, and in practice is increasingly rich, its impact on themainstream of Chinese society is positive, promoted the economic development andprogress of education, in spite of some problems. Labor education thought during theperiod of the republic China is a kind of revelation to today’s enterprise education,worker’s education and peasant workers’ education, it has the certain enlightenmentfunction and reference significance to build a learning society in the modern world.
