Dynamic Relationship Between The Development Of Rural Enterprises And Rural-urban Migration Among Migrant Workers

In recent years,with the modernization process,the dynamic relationship betweendevelopment and village enterprises and rural migrant workers flow into viewbetween the academic community of scholars.In this paper,the author County,Pvillage in C county in Sichuan Province as a case.The quantitative research andqualitative research methods combining sociology.The author has done a thoroughinvestigation about rural-urban migration and its development process and thesituation of migrant workers and the dynamic relationship.On the basis ofunderstanding of local natural condition,population profile,the rural enterprises’snature,the human resources allocation,main business,client base,wages,recruitmentsystem,we found that the local education of the migrant workers and social status islow.They have a lot of children and middle-aged and old people. More and morewomen work in rural enterprises.The development of village enterprises and the dynamic relationship between theurban and rural migrant workers flow research is mainly based on the push-pulltheory. The author discusses the village enterprises play a role of the thrust, the pullforce and the influence of middle power. The development of rural enterprises can bedivided into four stages, namely the start stage, growth, maturity and decline. Theauthor discusses the development situation and characteristics of each stage villageenterprise, migrant workers flow between urban and rural areas, the influence of theflow of migrant workers in urban and rural areas and rural enterprises. The authorsummed up rural enterprises and local dynamic relationship between the urban andrural flow of migrant workers. This is the research focus. This article is no longerlimited to the simple study of migrant workers or village enterprise development.Innovation point of this paper is to study the dynamic relationship between the ruralenterprise and urban and rural migrant workers.The results showed that the dynamic relationship between the development ofrural enterprises and flows between urban and rural migrant workers bio can bebroadly divided into the following four key stages.1,Business start-up and rural migrant workers return home. At this stage, the rural enterprise won the support of thegovernment, including the hardware environment, preferential policy support,resource use, information support, training, support, etc. Rural enterprises provide alarge number of local employment opportunities, attracting many migrant workersreturned to the countryside.2,Growing village enterprises and Shunt flow of migrantworkers in urban and rural areas.The employment relationship established betweenrural enterprises and migrant workers. Rural interests disputes between enterprisesand migrant workers. Local labor surplus phenomenon, lead to lower wages, longerworking hours. Rural enterprise did not play a role of strong pulling force.3,Villageenterprises maturity and Steady flow of migrant workers between urban and ruralareas. Perfecting enterprise system and business process, the stable level of wages,improve the system of labor, mature corporate culture marks the development ofmature. At this stage, rural enterprises are not as thrust and tension.4,Villageenterprises recession layoffs. The low market demand and competitors is the mainreason of rural enterprise recession.
