No.1Middle School of Ruichang, both a key one in Jiangxi and a famous one in North Jiangxi, has the responsibility to educate more qualified talents for our country. No.1Middle School of Ruichang has achieved a lot in education. Besides, it also makes great attempts to promote the professional development of teachers. However, there are still some problems remained to be settled. Therefore, No.1Middle School can be a good example for us to study and learn more about the problems and strategies of the professional development of teachers. The fourth part is an analysis of the statistics and it points out the problems remained to be settled. The fifth part is mainly some suggestions and strategies on how to improve the professional development of teachers in No.1Middle School.
