According to Basic Education New Curriculum Reform, teachers are requested to interact with students, to train students’ skills and impart them knowledge. They are expected to achieve mutual development with their students through teaching. Research on interactive teaching is central to implement quality education, and train students not only as an independent social being, but also with innovative and practical skills.Effective interaction should be based on the interaction of purpose, interactive content, interactive time profound scientific and reasonable, the students have a certain influence on the interaction. Drawing on interactive hypothesis, constructive learning theory and multi-intelligence theory, based on literature, and combined with interview and class observation as methodology, this paper focuses on the Ningxia Yinchuan Vocational Education Centre to study how their English class is presented and organised.The survey found:English grammar course of interaction between teachers and students with low frequency; teachers choose interaction frequency difference; classroom interaction among students; teacher effectiveness evaluation; teachers and students of non language communication activities is not enough; the low level of interaction between teachers and students.The analysis is based on teachers, students and other relevant factors to offer insights on how interactions can be improved at English classroom of vocational education schools.
