Teacher Burnout is an extreme reaction when they can’t successfully deal with work pressure, it’s a syndrome of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced Personal accomplishment. Teacher burnout is not only harmful to their health, but also affect the development of students. On the basis of the review of related documents, and collecting the data through the questionnaire and talking with the high school teacher of Pengyang in Ningxia. We chose100high school teacher,50in the experimental group, the other in the control group. Then we trained the experimental group, The results showed that:1.High School Teachers’ Job burnout in Pengyang is mainly in one dimension: energy burnout; The overall level of job burnout is not serious but more common, about43.1%of them are experiencing varying degrees of burnout.2.After training, the experimental group of high school teachers burnout level has been significantly reduced, the effect is significant intervention.
