This paper take Tucson Chinese Culture Centre primary school’s Wushu Chineseexperience class as an example, to investigate and analyze local primary school Chineseeducation practical situation and the characteristics of the children, according to Experienceteaching theory and constructivism of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, tries to design amore reasonable classroom teaching model for TCCC primary students,in order to solve theproblem about the normal Chinese class can not attract the students. It’s hope that this study canpromote the Chinese language education has a sustainable development in Tucson city.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:The first part of this paper analyzes the situations about Chinese language and Wushuinternational generalization,and then presents the ideas of Chinese experience class.Afterthis,there is a brief presentation about how to use the documentation method,questionnairesmethod,observation method and some other research methods to carry out the instructionaldesign.The main content of second part of this paper is giving an elaboration to theory basis ofWushu Chinese experience class.At first,giving a brief introduction about Chinese languageeducation of Tucson city and analyzing the learners’ study environment; According to literaturereview and face-to-face interview to summarize the learners’ psychological characters and studycharacters;After that,this paper explain Wushu Chinese experience class’ theory basis,learningtheory of constructivism, teaching theory of constructivism and some other relevant cross-culturecommunication methods.The third part of this paper,most important,is Wushu Chinese experience class instructionaldesign. Firstly, Under the guidance of Broom’s related theory,expounds the instructionalobjectives from knowledge,skill and emotion; Secondly,integrating the theories about teachingChinese as a foreign language, we establish the instructional design’ s principles;After doingresearch about this project,it should to choose the Chinese teaching content,Wushu teaching content and culture teaching content.Secondly,taking the first class as an example, it’s carry outthe concrete instructional design from teaching objects,teaching goals,teaching keypoints,teaching difficulties,teaching material,teaching tools and teaching process.The last part of this paper is on the basis of classroom observation,the results ofquestionnaire and personal interview to do a scientific assessment for the class design,afterthat,we can find out deficiencies and improve the design.At the end of this part,the author makesan short conclusion about this research,to find out advantages and the problems,givingbeneficial enlightenment for other researchers.
