| Since twenty-first Century, the transformation of thetransformation of learning mode has to bring the teaching paradigm,with "humanistic care" philosophy of education emphasizes thestudents’ self and subjectivity in call. Higher education should payattention to cultivating students’ innovative ability, practical ability andentrepreneurial spirit, generally improve students’ humanistic qualityand scientific quality, this requires that we must take the student as themain body,pay attention to the development of students, and students todevelop the consciousness of lifelong learning, lifelong learning society,to cultivate students’ initiative, autonomy and creativity, promoteoverall development of students’personality. Autonomous Learningprecisely to the important trend of current, not only can improve theinnovation ability of students, but also lay the foundation for students’lifelong learning sports. In this paper, using the research methods ofliterature, questionnaire survey method, experimental method andmathematical statistics method, and combining the characteristics ofPE teaching and students,students of grade2012were randomlyselected in Shanxi Normal UniversityCollege of Arts and Sciences,through the survey on students’ height, weight and physical quality, andultimately selected two class is treated as experiment class and controlclass experiment, the teaching method to integrate the sportsclassroom teaching, to study the related problems of theself-regulated learning effect, draws the following conclusion:Firstly, Accept students autonomous learning teaching methodthan the traditional teaching method of the student sports there issignificant improvement in the ability to learn, therefore, we believethat the experimental classes of autonomous learning teaching hasplayed a certain effect, and explains the experiment of autonomouslearning can effectively improve students’ physical education learningability. The autonomous approach fully for teachers and students.Secondly,Accept students autonomous learning teaching methodthan the traditional method of teaching students self-efficacy havegreatly improved, therefore, we believe that the experimental classes ofautonomous learning teaching has played a certain effect, and explainsthe autonomic learning can effectively improve students’ self-efficacy,self-efficacy is higher, the higher the degree of hard, performance isbetter.Third, College students’ self-efficacy can effectively predictcollege students’ sports ability of autonomous learning, includingexploration and observation ability, the ability to acquire knowledge,ability to deal with new information, analysis and problem solving skillsand self-regulation ability and communication and cooperation ability,the ability to effectively predict their performance in physical education,to facilitate students to develop good exercise habits, and promote theformation of lifelong sports consciousness. |
