Due to a surge of graduates and decrease employ persons impacted by the economic environment, the year of2013is the hardest moment of employment. The severe employment situation and the contradiction of talent supply and demand increased the pressure of employment. Due to the lack of advantage in degree, secondary vocational school can’t always get enough concern and attention from students, family, and society. Actually, the vocational education is an important model to solve the disconnection between talents and social needs, which also can shorten the transition between school training and enterprises need. The secondary vocational schools which gets not dominant on the students, teaching quality and education should reposition.From practical investigation, the author collected many data of present situation of Hunan secondary vocational school career guidance, the survey had comprehensive introduction to the present situation of secondary vocational school career guidance, and analyzed the reason for the existence of the problem and differences of regional vocational guidance education, at the same time, the author envisioned a more comprehensive vocational guidance mode from the perspective of the whole process. These are the innovations of the article. However, the shortcoming is that the uniqueness of the entire sex guide mode is not enough, and lack of the applicability of the school, which is the part of the need to strengthen the author further research.Take some examples of six famous secondary vocational schools in Hunan province, the article analyzed the reality and existing problems of vocational guidance of some secondary vocational schools, and visualize the mode of "vocational guidance of whole process" on the base of discuss the necessity of the whole sex guide. Through the investigation, the author found, according to he difference and diversity of the school, the district, professional and student career guidance demand, some secondary vocational school in Hunan province is approved for the importance of career guidance, which opened the diversification of vocational guidance content and methods, equipped with corresponding professional guidance personnel. The "order-form train" mode closed to the transformation of the enterprise transition of talent supply and demand too.This paper analyzes the current status and problems of vocational guidance in secondary vocational schools, such as, secondary vocational school students got old ideas and methods of vocational guidance and effect; the students were lack of necessary acquaintance of themselves,and different from each other; career guidance teachers specialization degree is not high, professional guidance staffing is not complete. The author put forward to the idea of vocational guidance of whole process: the school should take guarantee for granularity management, carry out employment-oriented entrance education for the students, keeps continuous improvement of vocational guidance work and make it more suitable for the market requirements; takes throughout guidance as the core, carry out different topics of vocational guidance to students of different grades according to the professional competence and the teaching aims in different stages; we should take based on the whole-staff-participation guide team,establishing sound system of vocational guidance, build a vocational guidance to realize whole-staff-participation vocational guidance, maintain the interactions including the families,schools and society.
