The Research On The Implementation Pat H Of "Sports, Arts2+1Project" From The Game Theory Perspective

It is set by the16th national congress of communist party of China to improve the health of the whole national as one of the important objectives of building a well off society.Young people’s healthy quality is the foundation of healthy quality of the whole nation. Primary and middle school sports is an important part of basic education, is the important content of quality education. School physical education is an important part of basic education, is an important basis in quality education. In order to improve the level of the primary and middle school students’ physical health and implement the "outline of the national medium-and long-term program for education reform and development (2010-2020)",the office of the Ministry of Education issued "the notice of implementing the " Sports, Art2+1Project " in primary and middle school compulsory education stage. To lay a good foundation for student’s development lifelong,it require that let every students can master at least two sports skills and an artistic skills through the activities and teachings of inside and outside class sports and art education by the school. Different palaces responded positively.It has obtained the certain effect since the notice issued. But it is also facing many problems at the same time. The curriculum reform of school sports and art education as well as the operating mechanism and method of operation and implementation path of " Sports, Art2+1Project " become the focus and hot topic of sporting and educational officials.This article dissected the implementation and development status and problems of "sports, art2+1project" in Changsha by using the methods of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, case study method, as well as economic modeling method. According to the basic concept and research ideas of game theory, establish a relevant model based on economic game theory to analyze the relationship between the main multiple game at the process of "sports, art2+1project" is being implemented. By studying the influence factors and strategy interaction and incentive factors between the main participants, can concluded the path and strategy to implement. The author believes that the making of the government policy and material guarantee the fundamental path of the "sports, art2+1project" implementation. The school "project implementation" is "the basic path of "sports, art2+1project" implementation. Family supervision is the important path of "sports, art2+1project" implementation. Social support is the accessible path of "sports, art2+1project" implementation.
