In order to explore an effective path of launching “Sports Supermarket” in primary and secondary schools and improve students' physical health and sports skills,this paper,based on implementation of “Sports Supermarket” for one school year in the pilot grade of the Jinan High-tech District No.2 Experimental School(hereinafter referred to as the “No.2 Experimental School”),uses such research methods as literature,in-depth interview,questionnaire survey,qualitative research and sports effect,and believes that the effective implementation of “Sports Supermarket” needs to the following aspects: closely combine with the supply side reform of our country,highlight the dominant position of students' learning,attach importance to the basic and varied teaching content as well as the effective and diversified teaching methods,reasonably meet the needs of students for sports,give full play to students' subjective initiative,and truly realize a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in which students play a dominant role and enjoy learning while teachers play a leading role and enjoy teaching.In this way,we can achieve the goal that both students and teachers can make progress.This paper,through studying the literature on “Sports Supermarket” both at home and abroad,and analyzing its implementation environment,path,effect and difficulties in the No.2 Experimental School,sorts out the management framework and process structure.Through investigating the implementation of “Sports Supermarket” in primary and secondary schools in Jinan,we have learned that there are many difficulties in the development,among which,the shortage of sites and teachers for the implementation are dominant,which hinder its development.This paper shows the case study of “Sports Supermarket” carried out in the pilot grade of the No.2 Experimental School,which can provide reference for the research of “Sports Supermarket” in primary and secondary schools.In this paper,through the analysis of the implementation effect of the following dimensions: the improvement of students' physical education curriculum experience based on shopper experience,the design of curriculum products that meets their basic physical needs,the evaluation system of their satisfaction with the level of returned customers,and the evaluation system of schools based on the outstanding competition results above the school level,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages existing in the implementation of the “Sports Supermarket” in the No.2 Experimental School,so as to provide a feasible reference for the teaching of “Sports Supermarket” in primary and secondary schools in China.The following conclusions can be drawn through the analysis of this paper:First,The implementation framework of the "sports supermarket" in primary and secondary schools is composed of five parts: customers,assets,personnel,commodities and finance.Among them,assets and personnel are the key points and difficulties of project implementation.The five parts are interrelated and indispensable.Second,The process of "sports supermarket" in primary and secondary schools begins with the course investigation,and followed by the sales and snap-up of the "project" and the students' independent course selection,and finally the assessment,analysis,evaluation,research and improvement of the "sports supermarket".Third,The research on the effect of the implementation of "sports supermarkets" in primary and secondary schools has shown that it is conducive to improving students' experience of physical education,meeting the basic curriculum needs of students,promoting teachers' professional growth,and improving students' physical fitness and competition performance.Fourth,Compared with other teaching methods,the advantages of the "sports supermarket" in primary and secondary schools are that it helps to achieve hierarchical teaching and teaches students according to their aptitudes.It promotes students to master sports skills expertly,meets students' needs for the project and cultivates students' awareness and habits of "lifelong sports".Fifth,The venues and project teachers of primary and secondary schools are the most important factors affecting the development of "sports supermarkets" in primary and secondary schools.
